Course information

This website introduces training and invites enquiries. It does not take payments or complete bookings. Dates, venues, fees, syllabus, accreditation and delivery arrangements must be confirmed directly with Keith. Photographs show previous training. Dates and prices on historical social media posters do not constitute a current offer.

Booking and cancellation

A WhatsApp message or other enquiry does not create a booking. Before booking, request written confirmation of the total price, course details, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund terms, and any minimum attendance requirement. Where statutory consumer cancellation rights apply to a distance booking, these remain unaffected. Starting a service during a statutory cancellation period may require your express request and additional information about the consequences.

Learning and safety

Website content and social media material are general course information, not emergency advice or a substitute for practical training. In a medical emergency in the UK, call 999 or 112. Confirm any qualification required by your employer or regulator before choosing a course.

Website use

Use this website lawfully. Branding, images and course material may not be reused without the relevant owner’s permission. External websites are operated by their own providers.
